Patricia Corrigan Culotti

Pat began her studies of traditional Yang-style Tai Chi and Qigong exercises in 1977 under the tutelage of world-renown instructors.  Inspired by their wisdom and the healthful benefits of Tai Chi, Pat started to teach Tai Chi herself in 1981.  She has been formally certified by Michael Milewski from the T’ai Chi Ch'uan Center of Milwaukee, Master Benjamin Lo of San Francisco, and Master William C. C. Chen of New York.

She is a featured model of tai chi postures for the book Tai Chi Mind and Body by Tricia Yu.

Currently, Pat holds certification as a Master Instructor of Tai Chi Fundamentals®, from Tricia Yu, MA, CTI, allowing her to train and certify others to teach this medically recommended movement system of tai chi.  She is a certified Range of Motion (ROM) Dance Instructor through the ROM Dance Network and the Arthritis Foundation, enabling her to work with people of limited capabilities and assisting with their pain management, relaxation, and range of motion.  Pat also consults with local hospitals and healthcare organizations to implement these healing arts into mainstream medicine.  In addition to her Tai Chi practice, Pat has done extensive research about modern nutritional systems that incorporate ancient Chinese healing philosophies.  Since 1997, she has been a Business Leader with Sunrider International, a prominent company specializing in herbal foods, essential oils, eco-friendly cleaning supplies, and skin care products. She is also a certified Chakra Healing and Energy Balancing practitioner and offers treatments at Enhancing Balance.

Pat continues to promote an integrated approach to healing and wellness.  She assists her students in making lifestyle changes with the essential goal of “Enhancing Balance.”
